accessible and sustainable mascara
the goal of this project was to create a mascara. researching the needs of those visually impaired and limited hand mobility. as well as integrating sustainable practices.
geared towards but not limited to young adults interested in creative and alternative makeup looks that have the option for day-to-day or night life. with unisex branding and colors for inclusivity to different gender identities.
accessibility wants and needs
sample-sized brush is preferred due to easier control
skinnier brush tip helps to avoid clumps and other mistakes
tactile designs to allow for appreciation of the packaging
"shiny" elements and contrasting colors distinction
wider handles make it easer to hold in various hand positions
