my collection of industrial design projects include work in furniture, toys and cosmetics. each project documents a design process of research, ideation and creation. i try to create a balance of function and aesthetic in my work, playing with materials and colors while also focusing on interaction and experience.

a sculptural project based on the practices of Rowena Reed Kostellow. involving axial movement, balance, and craftsmanship, the form was carved from a casted block of plaster over almost 8 weeks.

the goal of the project was to make a 3D composition inspired by one of the four elements - fire, water, air, or earth. that 3D composition would then be interpreted into a toy, temple, or teapot in order to make a final product.
